PILOT GAS ALARMS Pilot gas alarms are powered directly by 12V/24V battery supply. They sense and give an alarm for LPG, butane and propane. The units are not calibrated for diesel and petrol fumes but these vapours are detected at higher concentrations. Pilot Gas Alarms are important and effective safety equipment and are complimented by a gas shut off valve in the Monitoring System and Controller models. 33114 Pilot Gas Valve Controller- 12V/24V The Pilot Gas Valve Controller is an electronic switch to a remote, solenoid valve to open the gas supply. It has no sensors but can be linked with the Mini or Twin Gas Alarms which do. The unit should be fitted in an accessible position and the solenoid valve is fitted close to the gas bottle. The valve does not draw current when closed and remains closed until the user presses the Gas On/Off switch on the unit. The unit can be powered from a 12V or 24V supply, the solenoid is a ¼” valve usual in gas systems and draws just 185milliamps (12V) with the valve closed. 33110 Pilot Mini Gas Alarm - 12V/24V The Pilot Mini is a single sensor gas alarm, detecting LPG and other dangerous vapours. It has one gas detection sensor on a 3.5 metre length of 3-core cable which should be fitted low down in a dry part of the boat. The unit can be powered from a 12V or 24V supply and draws just 100milliamps (12V). 33111 Pilot Twin Gas Alarm - 12V/24V The Pilot Twin gas alarm detects LPG and other dangerous vapours. It has two gas detection sensors on 3.5 metre lengths of 3-core cable which should be fitted low down in dry parts of the boat. The unit can be powered from a 12V or 24V supply and draws just 180milliamps (12V). 33112 Pilot Gas Monitoring System – 12V/24V The Pilot Gas Monitoring System is a twin sensor gas alarm with an electronic switch to a remote, solenoid valve to open the gas supply. The unit should be fitted in an accessible position and the solenoid valve is fitted close to the gas bottle. The valve does not draw current when closed and remains closed until the user presses the Gas On/Off switch on the unit. The unit includes two gas detection sensors on 3.5 metre lengths of 3-core cable which should be fitted low down in dry parts of the boat. The unit can be powered from a 12V or 24V supply, the solenoid is a ¼” valve usual in gas systems and the unit draws just 185milliamps (12V) with the valve closed. 33130 EzSense Portable Gas Sensor This portable, hand held gas detector detects minute traces of all combustible gases in and around gas pipes, fires and cookers. ● An alarm will sound when the unit detects gas. ● A yellow or red LED will light up depending on gas concentration ● Range 0 ~ 10,000ppm ● Detectable Gases LNG, LPG, Butane, Methane & Isobutane ● Dimensions 180mm x 30 mm ● Weight 25g 33110 Mini Gas Alarm 12V/24V One gas sensor 33111 Dual Gas Alarm 12V/24V Two gas sensors 33112 Gas Monitoring System 12V Two sensors and shut off valve 33114 Gas Valve Controller - solenoid valve 12V Shut off valve & switch 33115 Detector/sensor Head & 3.5m cable 12V Spare sensor 33115.2 Spare Detector - Socket Fit 12V Spare sensor for socket fit models after 2012 33118 Mini Gas Alarm (24V) 24V One gas sensor 33120 Twin Gas Alarm (24V) 24V Two gas sensors 33122 Gas Monitoring System (24V) 24V Two Sensors and shut off valve 33123 1/2” BSP Solenoid Valve BOAT CARE | SHURHOLD 55 BOAT CARE | SHURHOLD INSTRUMENTS | GAS ALARMS Peace of Mind with Pilot Gas Alarms M018_36-55_r1.indd 55 06/03/2018 16:26
